This 45-square-metre micro-house combines intelligent modern design with an airy sense of space: two rooms, two sleeping lofts and lots of light. Outside, a pool, outdoor shower and lounge area create the perfect setting for a break - or a workation.
Whether you come to relax, work or just slow down, Georgina gives you the space you need. Go for a run, do some yoga, swim, read - or just do nothing. If you feel like a bit more life, the charming town of Labin is just a 12-minute drive away, and the coast is only 13km away.
Georgina was completed in early 2025. Some raw details still reflect the beauty of a place that's new and evolving. Best suited for two people - although extra beds are available.

Half Croatian, living in Munich and with a lifetime of Croatian holidays behind me. At some point, the longing for a second home turned into something more concrete.
What had I always been missing? A place with style, peace and clarity - without the extras. When I came across the KODA micro house concept in 2022, I knew: this is it. A house with thought, soul and beauty. Bringing it to Croatia wasn't easy - but every step was worth it. Learn more about KODA.
